More Potassium In Your Diet
Potassium can help flush out the excess salt from your body, and maintains fluid balance. Avocados, legumes, and leafy vegetables are packed with the goodness of potassium. Apanasan can be quite simple and easy enough to try at home without supervision. All you need to do is lie down on your back and bring your knees up to your chest and hug them with your hands. A downward facing dog is another popular pose. Both poses encourage blood circulation and reduces bloating and pain.
