Britney Spears Once Spent $7 Million on Fast Food!
Britney Spears loves spending her money. In 2012, it was reported that she spent $33,959 on grooming and her wardrobe. This is nothing compared to what she spent on fast food. The singer is a good bargainer when it comes to clothing and food. She once spent $7 million on too many good deals – that’s half the ‘pocket money’ she was allotted by the court after the judge appointed a protector to look after her funds until she came of legal age.
She also spent $3,400 on Christmas decor in the same year. Documents revealed that the singer blew $6.8million, which included $63.74 at a 99 Cents Plus, $11.92 at Pay 99 Cents Or Less and various receipts from a range of her favourite food chains, including Domino’s, El Pollo Loco, McDonalds and In-N-Out.
According to TMZ, she blew $500 on a single manicure session while the sister Jamie Lynn and her baby daddy received $1,500. Back then the queen of pop was given $36.4 million from her conservatorship whereas the remainder of her $68 million fortune was put in a trust that she could only access once she was a certain age. Apart from her music career, she also received $15 million for X Factor, the reality tv show where she appeared in a judging role.
To keep things in place for the singer, the father, Jamie acted as her conservator after Britney’s life spiralled downwards following her breakup with Kevin Federline in 2007. She was forced to hand over her spending aspect to people who would help her stay away from another meltdown.
