Katy Perry was barely 24 when she found fame with her song, ‘I Kissed a Girl’ in 2008. At the time she was considered a breath of fresh in the music industry with her innocent look and charming persona. That was almost a decade ago and since then Katy’s image and popularity have both shifted.

She was known for her minimal makeup and simple appearance. She gradually evolved to look more sophisticated and glammed over the years. Sometimes, you might even find it difficult to recognize her if she changes her hair or goes for a dramatic makeup look.

Katy has a history of wearing wigs and changing hair colors as often as she changes clothes. She first came out as Katy Hudson but changed her stage name to Katy Perry, ditching the conventional Christian rock tunes and opting for pop hits instead.

Katy overhauled her wardrobe to include more designer gowns and high end fashion pieces. While some of these changes are more obvious, a doctor believes the star may have taken help from plastic surgery to enhance some of her features.

The singer has been in the industry for a decade but still looks as youthful as she did 10 years ago. Much of it can be attributed to botox, lip fillers and other facial enhancements that keep her looking flawless. However, she has denied all plastic surgery rumors and says that she opts for natural products instead of cosmetic procedures to stay young.
