They say teenage love affairs don’t last but Brittany Matthews and Kansas City Chiefs Quarterback Patrick Mahomes certainly prove skeptics wrong! They have managed to keep the flame burning bright since they met in high school in Texas. While they pursued their college degrees in different universities, Brittany and Patrick managed to make things work. They both pursued careers in sports, with Matthews briefly joining a soccer team in Iceland and Mahomes being drafted by the Chiefs during the 2017 NFL Draft.
