Squeeze half of the lemon, mix the juice with water, and add some honey for sweetness. This is an age-old drink that helps remove toxins from the body. It also helps in improving the immune system and kickstart the body’s metabolism. Many people also have this drink in order to melt fat and lose weight. It is a no-fuss beverage and helps you have your daily dose of vitamin C, too! For some extra zing and more nutrients, you can add ginger to your drink if you’re up for it!
Coconut Water
The all-natural coconut water is another great morning drink. The best part is you don’t even have to make any preparations for this. If you have access to fresh coconut, then that’s the best way to drink this, but if you don’t, supermarkets do offer organic coconut water — just be sure to read the ingredients and avoid the ones with added sugar or preservatives. Just like cumin seeds, carom seeds are very good for your body. However, they might not taste as good as cumin seeds. It smells like thyme, and that’s because both of these contain a certain essential oil called thymol. All you need is two spoonful of dry roasted carom seeds, and soak them in a cup of water overnight. Next morning, you can drink that water and enjoy its benefits which includes reducing flatulence and bloating as well as aiding in weight loss.
