Less Salt In Your Food
One of the first rules to reduce bloating is definitely reducing the amount of salt in your food. The sodium in salt retains fluid. Aside from salt, processed food and junk food also have levels of sodium. So, if you are feeling bloated, staying away from these kinds of food might really help avoid future bloating.
More Potassium In Your Diet
Potassium can help flush out the excess salt from your body, and maintains fluid balance. Avocados, legumes, and leafy vegetables are packed with the goodness of potassium. Plants with probiotics are also great for stomach bloating — live bacteria can actually be great for fixing the imbalance in your guts. Another great way to have a good dose of potassium is to snack on a banana as this fruit is a very good source of potassium.

Avoid Beans And Coffee
Fan of canned beans? Avoid them at all costs when you feel bloated as it will only make your situation worse. It is still easier than foregoing coffee. Without our morning cuppa, most of us can’t even function properly. Sipping on ginger tea will not only help curb your coffee cravings but also reduce the bloating. Peppermint tea can be another alternative. Peppermint is known to stimulate gastric juices which further helps in eliminating gas.

Apanasan can be quite simple and easy enough to try at home without supervision. All you need to do is lie down on your back and bring your knees up to your chest and hug them with your hands. A downward facing dog is another popular pose. Both poses encourage blood circulation and reduces bloating and pain.
